WE HAVE THE SOLUTION FOR YOU

WELCOME TO
VEHICLE DRIVEABILITY SOLUTIONS

Vehicle Driveability Solutions is a Whyalla based automotive diagnostic and 12 v accessory fitting Service. Diagnosis of vehicle electrical-based complaints.

Our goal is to quickly and cost-effectively remedy all types of auto electrical faults. Like a doctor seeing a patient, we firmly believe that a proper diagnosis is the critical first step to fixing any existing problem.

The traditional “guess and replace parts until it’s fixed” approach, based solely on symptoms or trouble codes, has a limited success rate and can be prohibitively expensive for today’s modern computerised vehicles. After several attempted fixes and comebacks, the original problem still remains. The vehicle owner is frustrated after wasting time and money, and often the vehicle is still not fixed!

We see the process as a separate diagnosis, followed by a repair. As our business name implies, our focus is on the diagnosis itself, and then provide a recommendation for repair to be completed by a third party.

At the end of the day, when the problem is efficiently diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time around with no guesswork, the customer is happy. The time and money spent on a professional diagnosis is a fantastic investment and pays for itself immediately in avoiding unnecessary labour and replacement of parts. Also, the customer will have confidence in the repair further down the road, as my thorough diagnosis addresses the underlying problem, not just the symptoms.

P2002 on a 2017 Isuzu Dmax. Customer was concerned as the vehicle had never DPF issues before and believed that dirty fuel from travelling remotely may have caused his issue and wanted his DPF cleaned. Mr Smith agreed to a full DPF assessment. Thanks to the training attained through The DPF Doctor network this vehicle was diagnosed as having a faulty DPF sensor. This assessment saved Mr Smith from forking out money unnecessarily on a clean that would not have been of any benefit whatsoever. To have your vehicle assessed Please call VDS on 0411 798 796.

" ⚠️ DON'T IGNORE FAULT LIGHTS ⚠️
Fault lights are alerting you to an issue with your vehicle.
Recently we had a Mitsubishi Triton come into the workshop with the DPF light on. By carrying out a DPF assessment we were able to determine the vehicle actually had underlying issues. This saved our customer thousands of dollars on a new DPF if the problem was left undiagnosed. "
